- Add your business to Google maps
- Add your business to check-in services ( Yelp, Foursquare, Gowalla, Facebook Places)
- Fill out your business profile on local review sites (Citysearch, Yelp, Google Places)
- Advertise business events online ( meetup, Yelp, tweetups, Facebook)
What kinds of things to post :
- Show don’t tell (use photos and video) Use photos of new products, do a video thanking your customers and staff for their support
- Involve your clients, volunteers and team : sharing their tips of using your products, suggesting their own ideas, or their favorite service or product
- Reward your current clients – try not to always worry about getting new “likes” or “followers”
- Educate them on your other services or products – highlight a product or service for that week
