Great information today with from the Advancing Together – Virginia Peninsula Business Forecast 2011. It was so great to hear from this great panel of experts on some great news about Hampton Roads market. Compared to nationally it seems we are not so bad off. They did say the Peninsula side is actually doing slightly better economically.
But the keynote speaker Dr Lawrence Yun the Chief Economist with the National Association of Realtors was amazing! I have some great notes that I am compiling into another blog. But I did get an opportunity to chat with him briefly before he had to leave. He shared some great news for the Hampton Roads real estate market…2011 is looking good!
